Weekend Campus Visits and Spanish Language Session
Join us for an admission information session and campus/residence hall tour. Both the info session and tour will be presented in English and Spanish. Check the calendar for dates! RSVP today.
Noon Tour (approx. 30 minutes)
Please join us for this shortened version of our Campus and Residence Hall Tour. This tour is 30 minutes and will visit the buildings along the Park Blocks, including the Office of Admissions, Smith Memorial Student Union, and Millar Library. This tour will not visit a residence hall or the recreation center. This tour is perfect if you are short on time, but want to get a feel for the campus layout and want to hear about campus life. School of Business Tour
Business leaders of the future will enjoy touring the School of Business Administration. You’ll visit our classrooms and computer labs, the Dean’s Office and the Undergraduate Programs Office, and you will learn about our majors, minors, and certificate programs. The tour will also take you through two of our seven centers. We’ll discuss the plans for ur new state-of-the art LEED certified facilities and our vision for the future. Schedule a tour.
Maseeh College of Engineering and Computer Science Tours
During this tour you will have the opportunity to meet Maseeh College Student Ambassadors, hear about the innovative and sustainable design of our LEED certified building, and learn more about some of the varying programs and aspects of the College. General tours are offered every Friday at 11:15 am. Schedule a tour.
These tours introduce the research and educational emphasis of each department within the Maseeh College. Tour our LEED certified building and visit two department-specific research labs. Department tours rotate between Computer Science, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Mechanical and Material Engineering. Each department offers a tour once each term on Mondays at 11:15 pm. Schedule a tour.
On this tour, you will visit the busiest transit hub in Portland; LEED-certified buildings; Electric Avenue; a public garden that doubles as a research lab; cycle tracks; and rooftop gardens. Along the way, you’ll learn how PSU reuses energy, water, and waste on site; provides a range of transportation options; and ensures a rich diversity of habitat and open space. Urban Honors College Visitation and Tour
Offered monthly during the academic year, the Honors Visitation offers prospective students the opportunity to visit a freshman Honors class and enjoy lunch with the Honors Program Director in Victor's dining hall. Students participating in an Honors Visitation will also attend the university admissions information session and tour campus including stops at the Honors Living Learning Community in Epler residence hall and the Robert S. Howard House, home to Urban Honors. Schedule a tour.
Graduate Information Session and Tour (approx. 2 hours)
Offered twice a month, prospective graduate students will be introduced to the Office of Graduate Studies and given the opportunity to visit their specific department of interest. Schedule a tour.
Additional Visit Information
All visits and tours begin in Room 101 of the Academic & Student Recreation Center, located on the Urban Plaza at SW Fifth and Montgomery in downtown Portland [maps and directions]. Room 101 is located in the northeast corner off the main lobby. Plan to arrive about 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in.
