The International Advising Staff is eager to introduce you and your students to Portland State University and guide you through the admission process.
In person or virtually, international students are encouraged to explore Portland State's beautiful urban campus.

Admitted students who meet the English language proficiency requirement may enroll in academic classes. Those who do not meet this requirement will be restricted to ESL classes until the requirement has been met.
If your institution is based on the American, British or IB system, please review the minimum academic requirements.
"How much will it cost?" is an important question. PSU is an excellent value and a great investment.
