If you have earned an accredited bachelor's degree and wish to pursue a master's degree, doctoral degree or a graduate certificate, follow these easy steps:

1. Read important deadline information.
2. Review the International Graduate Admission Checklist.
3. Apply online and select International Graduate as your student type.
4. Send required checklist items to Portland State Office of Admissions.
