How to Apply: Co-Admission

NEW APPLICANTS: If you are a new undergraduate applicant at Portland State University (you do not have a current application, current admission status at PSU or have only applied as a Non-Degree Seeking student) you may apply for Co-Admission online. There is a non-refundable $50 application fee that must be paid via credit or debit card. Select CO-ADMIT Undergraduate or CO-ADMIT Undergraduate International as Student Type from the drop down menu.

If you are eligible to apply using the OUS Fee Deferral (eligibility requires documentation from your High School Counselor, Financial Aid or a TRIO adviser) you may use the application found here.

CURRENT PSU STUDENTS/APPLICANTS If you are currently an admitted undergraduate student at PSU, or have a current pending application to PSU and would like to become co-admitted with a community college, please complete the online form to add co-admission status to your current PSU record.

Make sure you submit your application by the appropriate application deadline.

 

Follow-up

NEW APPLICANTS If you are a new applicant at PSU, you are responsible for submitting official transcripts directly to Portland State. If you are a new freshman applicant, you must submit an official high school transcript along with official SAT or ACT test scores. If you are a college transfer applicant, with 30 or more transferrable quarter credits or 20 or more semester credits, you must submit official transcripts from each institution you have attended. If you have fewer than 30 college credits, you will need to submit official high school and college transcripts before your application can be processed

Upon review of your admission material, Portland State will notify you via mail of your admissions status.

If you are admitted to Portland State University, your admission information will be sent to the community college(s) you have selected for co-admission.

CURRENT PSU STUDENTS/APPLICANTS Your admission information will be sent to the community college(s) you have selected for co-admission. The community college will provide you with your community college student ID and account information.
