In addition to federal and state aid, we offer hundreds of scholarships based on academic achievement and, in some cases, financial need.
We encourage high school students to participate in Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB), and College Level Exam Program (CLEP) programs and exams.
Freshman applicants who do not meet the minimum 3.00 GPA are considered for admission based on the combination of GPA and test scores. PSU will also consider applicants with special circumstances. Additional information is requested from the student in order to perform a holistic review.
Students may submit their admission application online and defer the $50 application fee. The signed OUS Fee Deferral form and supporting documents MUST be mailed or faxed to complete the application.
